Day 3

What a busy day.. I did good on eating and I stayed busy despite my back is killing me..
I did overeat a bit on dinner.. I made homemade french fries and they were awesome!! I haven't had them in a long time.. ans I warmed up pulled smoked pork... yummmm.
Anyways we are all set up for the garage sale this weekend.. I had to earn some extra points today for all of that..

Day 2

Tuesday is always a hectic morning..
Cynthia and Christopher both have school.. So when Stephen is not home I rush around a little bit more..
I ate 3/4 of a waffle before leaving.. Went grocery shopping after dropping Cynthia off at school. Got some healthy meals for lunch, and some fresh fruits.. and more diet soda.. I know I shouldn't have it but sometimes I just need the taste of it.. 
I pulled a muscle in my back this morning so I am hurting a bit.. But I will work through it..

day 1 is almost over...

Well I think I did pretty good today.. I only cheated 1 time.. I drank water all day and watched my portions.. Now is the hard part.. Kids are in bed and Stephen is at work.. This is where the will power starts to fade..

Day 1


The morning is off to a good start.. I walked past the brownies and ate a Special k meal bar.. and walked Christopher to the bus stop..Wish it was a little warmer so i could get outside and take the kids for a walk..
I will be setting up the Wii balance board sometime today..so I can get in some exercise..
